Musicmatch 10 error

    Ive been having problems with musicmatch 9 and the latest version on windows XP.
    When I click on the program or shortcut to run it... it loads completely but will not appear anywere but the tool bar.

    I have already tried:

    using taskmanager to maximise and minimise it--dosen't work

    uninstalled and reinstalled it-- works the first time then once I close it it does the same thing listed in the paragraph above


    any suggestions or help?
