My computer won't recognize it's Ethernet connection

    I need some help figuring out why my computer won't recognize it's built in ethernet connection and how I can fix this.

    I assume you have tried enabling these connections. ( In device manager, right click on the connector and click on enable.)
    Have you tried uninstalling the connectors and rebooting? ( Same as above except click on uninstall.)
    The 1394 drivers should be reloaded from the system or use your system CD for reloading them.
    The D-Link drivers can be reloaded from the CD that came with the device.

    Another way to enable them is to just right click them in my network place, and click enable. HTH
