My Documents missing after running Combofix

Hi, I recently ran Combofix and now My Documents are missing. No 'My Music', no 'My Pictures', etc, and 'My Documents' only shows like two folders that are mostly empty. Utorrent still works so the files are still there but I cannot access them. Is there anyone who could help me please?

PS- I think it might have happened after uninstalling Combofix because I don't remember stuff being missing after running Combofix because I was looking around re: hidden files and folders following running Combofix. So it's possible that it only happened after uninstalling Combofix. Thanks a bunch for any help.

Do you have your log from ComboFix?

    It's usually here: C:\ComboFix.txt

Please attach that log if you have it.

    Otherwise, complete this:

[IMG] Now download unhide.exe to your desktop.
    • Now run unhide.exe by double-clicking it. (Vista/7 right-click and select Run as Administrator)
    • Be patient as the tool runs.
    • Did this restore the missing (hidden) shortcuts?
    • Attach the unhide.txt file on your desktop. (How to attach)

Unhide worked very well (it even unhid favorites which were hidden by past virus infections), thank you so so so much for the help. Now all of my folders are there and everything looks to be a-ok, do you still want me to post the logs just for curiousity's sake or anything? Thanks so much again, you were a huge huge help.

You're welcome. No I don't need the log. Be safe ;)

I have one other question if possible. Are there any files or folders that should be hidden, like system files and folders? I'm running an antivirus scan right now and it seems to be taking a fairly long time to run, do you think it's because formerly hidden system files and folders are now unhidden? I also ran the following program that I found from googling before asking for help here and running Unhide-

Thanks a bunch again for the help,
    J

No. Antivirus scans for both hidden and visible files.
