My GTX 550 Ti is not super clocked

My Gtx 550ti is now under clocked in windows 7 way it should not be i should be at a level 3 not a level 1.This card was factory over clocked to a level 3.Speccy is saying that it is only at a level 1 clock.

Hi

Your GFX card is not changed as per its performance, just a metric has it lower in Windows 7 than XP but that's normal in a way as the WEI score in Windows has changed the max now in Windows 8 is 9.0 and Windows 7 was 7.9 as a max.

As even with my really powerful PC I only hit 8.1 as a score the GFX lets me down as in a Nvidia GTX570

In essence apps that measure performance change over time and the metric they use changes, so if your GRX works ok in your apps still then that's fine, do not take a performance score to heart as the be all and end all.
