My IE and Mozilla won't access one of my websites

I have two websites, and use Firefox, and IE

both browsers access my main site fine, I have another site that redirects to the main site. Neither browser will access that site now, they did before.

Firefox simply says Done at the bottom , IE says
"this paqe cannot be displayed"

this happened beofre and then i reset lots of things, i cannot remember which one fixed it

I am using Norton Firewall, and the problem exists even when I disable the firewall.

is there some cache to flush? or main setting that affects both browsers?

When i go to megaproxy, and use their url surf function my secondary website loads fine.

help!

 

hmm, i have you allowed to access this page in you firewall? i think the problem in it.

 

I have listed it in Norton as a trust site
I even disabled the firewall
last time this happened I even uninstalled the firewall

none of those made a difference

 

Have you cleared your cache on both browsers? FF, would be CTRL + SHIFT + DEL.

 

yes have cleared cache, and did ipconfig /flushdns
