My Laptop is Suddenly Very Slow

My Laptop is Suddenly Very Slow its even slow in safe mode i ran spyware hunter 4 in quick mode and i went to bed and got up in the morning and its only at 52%.I also tryed running malawarebytes but it seems to get stuck and does nothing any ideas why my pc has.

3 gb of ram and windows 7

yes it is,know i cant even boot up to windows i get missing boot manager all of a sudden.all try and re-format.

 

i still get error code

0xc0000098 a system driver is missing.

 

i got it running and ran hd sentinel and it says performance 100% health 0%
