    What issues are you having, as I am not finding any malware in your logs.

    hi thanks for reply home internet explorer is getting hi jacked & taking me to another site I have same issue on 2 comps & 1 of the comps is now installing programs like my search dial & online games.

    hi again these are the logs from my other comp to see if this is of any help as to what is wrong. I have now uninstalled my search dial, my pc back up & wajam from add & removed programs & deleted the add on in internet explorer for my search dial. These are the programs that installed by there self on Saturday. I have the problem on both comps due to transferring between comps with usb stick.Thanks Again.

    [​IMG] Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.

    • Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
    • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista or Seven, right-mouse click it and select Run as Administrator.
    • The tool will open and start scanning your system.
    • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
    • On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
    • Attach JRT.txt to your next message.


    Tell me how things are running.

    Hi Thanks for that. The comp seems to be better but still slow on internet & taking time to load page & keeps saying program not responding but loads eventually. Also avg is detecting high memory usage from internet explorer & when I open a file up on comp eg documents it flickers black first, also my documents, music, videos are duplicated & one of them is locked & the other isn't. I cant access the locked one it just says access denied.
    Here is the log below for the previous repair.
