My Taskbar Is Half Hidden!!!!!

Hi. For some reason my taskbar doesn't fully show. I can drag it up and create more room but this is annoying. The way I have it right now I can't even see my clock or any of my icon in the taskbar. I've tried to adjust my pixels and then increase my letters but that didn't work real well. I just re-installed XP Pro and I didn't have this problem prior to the re-installation. Anyone know how to fix this. Thanks.

 

This might be a dumb answer, but I just move my screen around with the buttons on the monitor, like zoom and horizontal and that sort of thing.
