My Windows 7 Not Respond

I Am Having Problem Radomly when i open a software,application in a day all freezes,
I can only open start menu
i cannot open task manager,close any program.
when i click anything it dosent respond so i have to turn off laptop directly and it is very much annoying so please help me
i have used registry reviver it didnt helped me.

 

Start the PC in Safe Mode (without networking) by pressing "F8" during boot up. If the problems are not there in Safe Mode, t could be a virus or malware issue.

Download Malware Bytes and run a full scan. If infections show up and Malwrae Bytes' cleaning does not solve the problem, go to the Malware Removal Forum for additional steps to take.

Sorry For Late Reply I Have Tried Malwarebytes in Safe Mode It Had Found no malware , PLZ HELP me

 

You failed to mention if this freezing/non-responding behavior happens in safe mode.

Problem Solved I Think It was Becauz of laptop overheating cauz i use laptop for -20hours but my laptop is HP Pavalion g6 series its 2 years old so this is normal to have when i am using for long time but its solved i dont get any problem nwdays as i am using laptop for limited time
