MySQL on Windows 7, Errcode: 13

    Hello, I just installed MySQL Community Server 5.1.42 on my Acer Aspire one running Windows 7 Professional. When I go to make a log I get the error "Can't create/write to file 'testlog' <Errcode: 13> Error logging to file 'testlog'" I installed MySQL Community Server 5.1.42 on my XP machine using the same setting and it worked fine. Any ideas on how to get it to work on my laptop? Thank you.

    When stuff like this happens, I like to make sure it's not UAC getting in the way. Disable UAC to see if that is the problem.
