"Mystery" file listed in Ad//Remove Programs

I'm looking at a laptop with Vista Home Premium, and in the Add/Remove Programs list is something called "RC_Vista.exe". A screen shot is attached. I did some quick Googling and didn't find anything concrete....

I saw that earlier Q, nothing obvious unless you can to link it with Dell support techs and WMC Remote Control wizard for TV, I think it's the same person as in the MS thread; could the app be the remote controll instaler?

Or an app installed from the ISP?

I cant find it right now but it was something about it being part of media centre update.

Is it a Dell with Media Center and did it come with a tv remote?

The PC in question was an Acer (but my memory sucks so it might have been a Dell :-o ). I wasn't having any problems with the file, I just thought it was strange to have an actual .EXE file listed in Add/Remove Programs.
