Need a free flv joiner

I have a complete concert from youtube, and I'd like to stitch the 10 files together. Is this available or even illegal?

I did a little reading, and I guess one way is to convert the clips to AVI format, join 'em with VirtualDub (free from MajorGeeks), and then convert the clip back to FLV with the Riva encoder, but that seems like too much work (for me at least )
