Need Birthday Database Program

I got the following email from a friend of mine.
Can anyone help her out?

Is there really some kind of program that I can use on my computer that will tell me daily people's birthdays, etc...... I actually need something like that for church. I have to keep track of a million little people in the nursery. The thing is.....they graduate from the infant nursery to the toddler at 18 months. Is there a program that will give me that information every single day. I really need it!!!!!
