Need DVD Creating Software

Need advice on which software would be best for creating/buring dvd's.

Currently have MyDVD 5 and have used it before with no issues (pre IE7 and possibly XP sp2). Now during the review of my slideshow, the p.o.s. stops playing my mp3 file at about 17 seconds when the file is really about 1.25 minutes long. I know this software is really outdated, so thats why I think it would be in my best interest to just update the software. But if you have any ideas as to why the mp3 stops playing, then by all means let me know. THANKS

 

Nero is probably the best full-featured CD/DVD suite available, but the full version is about $70 or $80. For freeware, there quite a few things you can use, and there's shareware that's cheaper than Nero. Check the multimedia section here at MajorGeeks and I know you'll find something!
