Need Extreme Help

Okay, here is the problem.

I cannot run any Windows program (Iexplore, unless I click a link I saved in a document file, and then run it from there.), nor can I run Command or Regedit. I have a feeling I am dealing with SirCam virus, but I am not sure. I scanned through bootup scanners that was given to me and still did not detect anything. Even Spybot, Webroot, etc, none of them would open. I double click and nothing happens. I tried booting into safe mode, and still the same results. Nothing is working, but I could be missing a step. Does anyone have any advice?

Nothing? No one can help me solve this malevolent mystery? What if I offered chocolate chip cookies? Hookers? Beer?

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:

When you return to make your next post make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
