need help bad :confused:

    i lost all my software when formatting my hard drive i formated the wrong one i know there is a way to recover the files but could anyone help me on how recover then please? :eek:

    Far as I am aware, unless you have the resources of some ultra sophisticated recovery stuff (not available to John Q Public) you will have to reinstall the software programs you lost. Formatting is very final.
    Just reinstall the progs you lost - At least you now have a squeaky clean drive to put it all back in.

    ha thats funny. :eek: but the thing is i no people can recover software no matter how many times u format the HDD but this is software i havent got no more cos my sis boyfriend lost it all ( very expensive ) so there must be a program out there somewhere plz if any one can help let me no :)

    This may help PC Inspector File Recovery

    Note: you will need to run this app not a 2nd HD with an OS installed as you cannot recover missing data from the same drive you run this app from.

    If a HS is formatted many times or has had data written to it, it will overwite and jumble up the previous data... so recovery will be very hard unless you take it to specialists and that costs $$$$
