Need Help on unknown virus/malware/dialer

Hello people! I just bought a new computer. Everything is freshly installed but my antivirus(Active Virus Shield) keeps prompting me many different kinds of trojans and dialers. Is there a way for you guys to see whats going using HijackThis?

I've got some documents in the system thus formatting would be the last thing i'll wanna do.

This occurs whenever I reboot or boot up my computer.

1st problem
Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Pop up when my pop up is already at the maximum.
Pop up shows internet live security center

2nd Problem
Information bar says:
This website wants to install the following add-on: "WinAntiVirusPro2007FreeInstall.cab" from "WinSoftware Corporation, Inc.".
Of course I did not install it.
