Need help removing malware from my computer

Hello MajorGeeks, I recently, a few days back encountered some malware which after following your very helpful guide I was almost able to remove, though I made a slight mistake that I do when I give up hope, I System Restored to a previous date, needless to say the malware was still on the computer, however this time the programs in the guide were able to remove it. But somehow the malware is back and I would love some help to remove it.

 

After re-doing the READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support, which I had already done a week ago, I noticed even before getting to Super Anti-Spyware that malware Webroot had stopped reporting internet communication shield alerts and my computer seemed to be running normally, however I still continued and got to Combofix and I rant into a few problems. I disable Webroot and all other Anti-virus/Anti-spyware running and noticed that no matter what I did to AVG, Combofix still reported it running, so I allowed Combofix to run and when it rebooted, one thing that was not noted but I should've done in common sense was disable all programs from starting up at start-up, so I had Super Anti-Spyware, Webroot, and AVG 8.5 all start up at the reboot and some problems happened, long story short I system restored to Combofix's restore point and I don't know exactly what was changed by Combofix before the restore, was it only the clock or is there more for me to manually reset?
