need help with password change

I done something really stupid, I get mad at my grandson one night for going on my computer when he was not supposed to and reset my amistrater password and did not write it down in my password book. MY computer is just out of dells warrenty .can anyone tell me how to get back into my computer ,im on my laptop. also I have one more problem I did not know where to ask for help here hope this is right. Please help my laptop is like 6 years old and has problems to. Thanks in advance:-o

 

Hi there roxie1935 you will need access to another puter to download either Ophcrack or Hirens boot CD to find and/or change your password from any of these two links then place them in your puter and reboot with them in your CD drive and follow the instructions
