need help with sfx moduals in 7z

ok so im trying to make an sfx archive in 7z that simply shows the progress bar as it extracts and then does nothing but every modual i find has a differnt issue

1 freezes at 100%
another does the percent in weird incriments starting with 13%
and another works but then tries to run setup.exe

if anyone is any good with 7z or the parameters involved with the gui version please help
