Need internet filter to work system hijacked help!

    there are all sorts of spy ware on my comp. I AM USING SPY BOT AND SPY SUB TRACT BUT CAN'T GET RID OF NEW.NET, FUN WEB PRODUCTS, AND i PUT A INTERNET FILTER ON but the spy ware seems to disable it what do I DO???????????
