@ 250$ the pack thats 125$ a 512 stick which is about avg. Not sure if youll get the performance your looking for out of it with your system though; specially if you dont have dual chan maybe your better getting 1 stick. Also you have sdram and not ddram; your mobo can handle both? remeber you cant use both at the same time.

Haven't heard of Pqi. I'd go with one of the more name brands. Corsair, Kingston, OCZ...

    For example,
    $223 - OCZ - http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=20-146-883&depa=0
    or,
    $224 - Corsair - http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=20-145-450&depa=0
    or,
    $253 - Kingston HyperX - Nice RAM - http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=20-145-450&depa=0

I'd suggest the Kingston over the Pqi, since it's only $4 more and a good name brand.

P.S. - You probably won't notice the difference in 2-3-2-6 and 2-2-2-5. It might give you a couple more numbers in your benchmarks, but not a noticeable difference.
