Need to check logs

    Okay, I carefully went through the steps and yet I still have problems -- here's the logs:

    Here's the rest -- for some reason it did not save the runkeys.txt file as the instructions indicated would happen.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

    What problems? You have not explained what malware problems you are having. Would you take your car to a mechanic and ask him to fix it without saying what is wrong?

    You must allow the program to finish running. Do not close the command prompt window and ignore the error message about missing registry keys.

    You need to attach a log from GetRunKey after it completes and you also need to attach a HijackThis log. Make sure you follow the directions in step 7 exactly to avoid further delays.

    You also did not uninstall the below as requested in step 0: Viewpoint Media Player
    Also you did not uninstall this: Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_04 as requested in step 6 and then you must install the current version from the given link.

    Please disregard the above. As I missed some of the directions, I will try the scan again and will repost. Could you please delete this thread to avoid confusion? Sorry to have wasted your time.

    That is not necessary! Just repost here when you complete all the steps! I did notice signs of Virtumonde so be sure to run the Special Removal procedure (noted in the READ ME) for that.

    I also see TrustSoftAntiSpywareSetup.exe on your Desktop! You should delete this and not use it. If installed anywhere, uninstall it.
