Needed: Software Needed For Converting .mov to .wmv...?

    ...And obviously I would like it to be free. There are plenty of free converters that do half the file but nothing I can find that does the whole thing.

    I've also tried an online web-based converter but it doesn't seem to convert it to a proper .wmv file.
