Looking to try out .NET / C# at home.
How do I set this up?
Will having IIS running on the PC cause any problems with the regular Internet connection?

Any place where this is explained or where I can find a step by step guide?

Thanks in advance for any help!!!!!

Thanks Kodo-anywhere I can find some

additional info on how to set this up on my home PC?

I read that MS had the new beta for their .NET on a free CD included with Dr. Dobbs or some of the other mags.

Have you (or anyoine else) heard this or have a copy of that CD?

    Thanks!!!!

you need to install IIS first.. install it through the add/remove control panel item and click on INSTALL WINDOWS COMPONENTS on the left. Select IIS from the list and install it.

You can grab the .NET framework from windowsupdate.com

Not sure about any trials of Visual Studio.
