Net Speed Troubles

lo again all, fresh install after my last escapade with my hdd, things have been good since i formatted but now uTorrents being stupid. getting my usual speeds of about 350 - 400 kb/s then after about 10 seconds it dips to about 40ish and stays there untill i run the setup wizard then it repeats. anyone know how i can get it to stay at my usual speeds? this is happening when i use my wifi N+ dongle and straight from the router ... any ideas?

Have you tried to allow utor more bandwidth, you can do this in utor's settings. It could also be your ISP slowing bandwidth if it is large files and at certain times of the day.

yeah i set the utorrent bandwidth allocation to high also set it at normal with the same results, that was about 12pm so i,ll try today during the day hopefully it sorts itself out i,ll keep posting back.
