I've had Debian running for a while now, and when i'm in shells (ctrl+alt+F(2,3,4,5 etc.)) there's this weird message that pops up once in a while: NETDEV WATCHDOG: USB0: Transmit timed out.

What does this mean? I don't use any kind of USB internet and even with my usb data stick out it still does this.

Also.. in Gnome, on the top right hand corner, theirs the network device control icon. It thinks that theirs a "Wired Network (Unknown USB Vendor Specific Interface)". Like I said before... I have no usb internet.

Is their anyway to fix any of this?

What USB devices are plugged in?

The only USB device plugged in is my Data stick. But even if I remove it, it still says the Netdev thing.

When I installed Debian, I don't think that my usb stick was plugged in
