I'm trying to connect to my server in Phila Pa. I have a Netgear DSL router hooked up. I can get through the firewall in Philly but whenevr I try to run an application, my connection times out. If I connect without using the router I have no problems. Any ideas? Thanks.

The Firewall and server are Windows NT and the workstation is Windows 95.

More info: What applications are you running remotly? The ports that you are using could generate an alarm on the firewall when you go to to use it, and thus terminiate your connection.
