Netgear ROuter nd Cable INternet Problem

    I use Earthlink Cable Internet. I use a Netgear RP614v2 router. I can connect to the internet with both computers but the only problem is that I can't connect through Earthlink TotalAccess 2004 (Earthlink ISP software). I can't connect with neither computers. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Also, I tried contacting Earthlink support but they ended up trying to sell me their home networking package instead of helping me.
