I don't see any malware issues.

I question what was updating/running in the below process. Is it still in you process list?

You can have HJT fix the below line but it is not a major issue:
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {2318C2B1-4965-11d4-9B18-009027A5CD4F} - (no file)

If you are having issues it does not appear to be malware and could be related to one of two things
1) whatever you mean you did by transferring files and settings
2) or just using Symantec software which can slow PCs down a ton.

Either of these however are not topics for this forum. They belong in the Software Forum. And perhaps your keyboard issues are related also related to what ever you did with transferring of files. Maybe it is even a programmable keyboard and you have changed the settings.
