New Dell desktop should arrive next week.
I think I read somewhere on the forum about how the big brand names install a bunch of software that's not needed on new systems. Is there a software program that will easliy identify and remove these unwanted programs.
I currently utilize many of the free software scanning and protection applications, i.e. Ad-Aware, Spybot, Spywareguard, HijackThis e.t.c. found in the Malware section of this forum. Are those sufficient, or is there something else I should install to get rid of the unneccesary applications?

    Thanks

    Doug
