New Dell XPS M1530... Where to Begin?

I just received this, with the usual added software. I ran PC Decrapifier and CCleaner to start, and would ultimately like to give vLite a try, but don't have integrated SP1 or the guts to do either vLite or the backward integration thing, to be honest. (it's my first laptop).

That said, I want to rid myself of as much as possible. I want to be very flexible, but will use this thing primarily for office (MSOffice), net (Firefox), pics (?), and music (iTunes).

I've included the install list out of CCleaner. In addition, it has the typical Dell and Windows "extras," including Windows..

Calendar
Contacts
Defender
Meeting Place
Movie Maker
