New Laptop Battery Conditioning

    Hey there. I recently bought a new battery for my ASUS G75VW Laptop and I wondered if anyone had any advice on "conditioning" the battery before first use? I've read various thoughts on this online, some stating that it's not necessary anymore with the newer laptop batteries like it was a number of years ago.

    Thoughts? Thanks for your time!

    L-ion batteries don't require conditioning. Make sure it's fully charged before using it and don't run it till empty.
