New Laptop w.Vista 80+ Processes?!

I just got a new Toshiba Satellite laptop in January. It is still very fast, but there have been moments recently where browsing will slow. I open Task Manager and see my physical memory usage spiking over 50% at times!

Also there are over 80+ running processes going at any given time! I remember on my old desktop, I tried to keep my processes under 40, so when I see 80+ now, I'm thinking something has to be wrong! I've deleted a lot of the programs that come preinstalled that werent useful to me. But some I was unsure about and left installed. I have a link here to my Process Scan results.

are there any processes I need to disable, or any software I should uninstall? Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time!
