    Hi y'all,

I've gone through the steps on the READ & RUN ME FIRST post and still have malware problems according to the Bitdefender scan. I'm attaching the log from the Bitdefender scan. The Panda ActiveScan did not find any problems and didn't give me an option to see a report, so I copied the results into a word document and am attaching this as well (probably not useful). What would y'all suggest I try next? By the way, thank you so much in advance for any assistance and for creating such a useful site. Thanks, Chris

There should be absolutely nothing in the Internet Explorer Trusted Zone. Remove the following from the IE Trusted Zone:
Now Run HijackThis. Click the 'Do a system scan only' button. Place a checkmark in the box next to the following lines:
Click on the 'Fix checked' button. Wait for HijackThis to finish; close HijackThis

You have several infected Restore Points. Flush all your restore points and create a new clean one for your system.

    Disable And Enable System Restore
