New modem acting a bit strange

So I finally moved from att dsl internet to netcommander cable internet. I've noticed that the modem decides it wants to drop its connection about every 10-20 minutes on average.

I just had this installed today by the way, new dedicated cable line just for it & new modem as I just ordered new service..

The kind of modem I have is a motorola sgb901 and when I go outside I can sometimes step in and see just the little orange light on by itself, so I unplug the power to reset it... and both times that I've had to do this so far I had to reset the connection twice on 2 occasions in order for it to fully connect... and here is some errors that I've noticed if anyone can help troubleshoot with that info

Call your ISP, it's most likely a signal issue. Meaning, there Recieve and/or transmit of your cable modem is too high or too low and cannot communicate with the ISP's CMTS.
