new mother is that the way?

hi ive got a msi kt400v motherboard with a socket a mostly all the procesors i wat to buy is a socket 754 now i was think of geting Asus K8V - SE Deluxe and puting in a AMD Athlon 64 3000+ and put in all the stuff that im using now in to it (ram ,graphic card etc) is that posible ?

 

What are the specs on "ALL YOUR OTHER STUFF"??

yea ... unless your graphics cards is AGP when your new board is PCI-E or your new mobo uses DDR2 RAM and your old RAM is just plain old DDR ... your new board seems to have enough ports that it shouldn't be a problem

 

wel my ram i jst plan old ram not ddr2 and it is a agp mother borad and my graphic card is a ati radeon 9200 which is jst a agp card

 

plus im goin to upgrade my graphics card later on in the year
