New PC Build DVD/CDR Suggestions

    The search didn't reveal anything recent so does anyone have a preference for purchasing new DVD player/writer and CDR? What are the best? Should I buy each individually or a combo drive? I do burn allot of movie DVD's and also data CD's. Any drives really stand out or is it just personal preference. Thanks
