New PC Freezing Every 2-3 mins for 10-20 secs.

Hi all, i bought a new pc from PCspecialist and received it a few days back, when i turned it on for the first time to set up a new user etc i noticed it was freezing every 2-3 mins for 10-20 secs each time, i phoned their tech support up and they said "It seems your RAM was knocked during transport, try removing the RAM then putting it back in to see if i works." Well i did this and yes it seemed to have worked so i thought nothing else of it. I turned my PC on today and yet again it's doing the same thing as before but the computer has not moved since. I have no clue on what else to do and it's Sunday today with tomorrow being a Bank holiday in England so i cant get any help until Tuesday as to why i am posting here! I have updated my gpu drivers as i saw online this could be a possibility? Please any help is appreciated!

there is many tool which helps you to test your memory with memtest86 ( for 5 hours at least ) even you have to run Western Digital hdd tools inspecting the health of your hdd :wave

 

If you have problems with a new PC it's not advisable to tamper with it at all, just take it back. Tamper too much and next thing you find you have invalidated your warranty.
