I actually updated a good amount of hardware on my computer. My PSU, Motherboard, Memory, CPU, and Graphics Card are all brand new. Here is a quick breakdown of my system:

    *Windows XP*
    -IX38 QuadGT (Intel X38-ICH9R) 1.0 Motherboard
    -2.53 gigahertz Intel E7200 Core2 Duo CPU
    -OCZ Reaper HPC Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
    -PC Power & Cooling S75QB 750W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply 100 - 240 V UL
    - NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 512mb Graphics Card
-Razer Barracuda AC-1 Gaming Audio Card

Sorry if I give a little too much detail on anything, I am just trying to cover all possible questions to help you help me.

My problem now is that, while the computer seemed to be going fine, it will randomly shut down anywhere between 2 minutes to an hour after playing games (such as Vanguard as of late), listening to music, or watching videos. Only twice did I receive a blue screen and when I did it didnt give me time to write down what was on the screen, it auto-rebooted. However I did get a microsoft popup asking me to send in the information, which it then gave me as being caused by a bad driver:

    Error report contents:
    C:\DOCUME~1\Gendo\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER46e9.dir00\Mini061008-01.dmp
    C:\DOCUME~1\Gendo\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER46e9.dir00\sysdata.xml

    Error Signature
    BCCode : 100000d1 BCP1 : 81BF5CA8 BCP2 : 00000002 BCP3 : 00000000
    BCP4 : B973E8FC OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 3_0 Product : 256_1

the two files it refers to are gone, as they were temporary and I didnt access them immediately. Which sucks. I have however noticed that since installing all my new hardware there seems to still still a single item that is not recognized by the system, and shows up as an Unknown Device in device manager. I cannot figure out exactly what the item is, but here is the given details on the device using Unknown Device Identifier:

As far as I can tell from that, it appears to be my sound card, though i have tried updating new drivers, perhaps im missing something or didnt look for the driver in the correct place.

Now Ive also downloaded EVEREST home edition after reading on another forum that it can help you troubleshoot computer issues, but I am not entirely sure what to look for. However I can provide my temperatures at the current time, where the computer has been on for a long period of time but doing absolutely nothing until now that I got on the internet:

    Motherboard: 12°C / 54°F
    GPU : 60°C / 140°F
    GPU Ambient : 48°C / 118°F

I will also note that it shows my CPU FSB is overclocked to 562MHz, but is originally 100MHz, though I never did any kind of overclocking as of yet to my computer. I dont know if this is just a read error and my FSB is actually faster than what Everest thinks it is, or if some error is overclocking it or causing it to read as overclokced. Nor do I know if this is affecting my computer rebooting in any way.

Ok I hope this is enough information and I am seriously appreciative of any help. I can handle games going down I guess, but I do all my television viewing and music listening through my PC, and I cant stand it constantly rebooting during such trivial things.

    ** EDIT **
Just thought to add driver info on my hardware in case someone knows offhand specifically if I am running incorrect driver versions:
    - NVidia card: 6.14.11.6906
    - Motherboard... (i think?? shows as ACPI Multiprocessor PC) 5.1.2600.0
    - CPU : 5.1.2600.0
    - Razor audio card: 5.12.1.8

Well, for starters, welcome to Major Geeks!
The CMedia 8788 is a high end audio chip. More info http://www.cmedia.com.tw/?q=en/PCI/CMI8788
And here's a direct download link to the driver for XP http://www.cmedia.com.tw/?q=en/thanks&d=CMI8788 driver
The motherboard temps you posted (12c; 54F) seem WAY too low to be accurate. Somewhere around 33-38c would be a bit more normal. Try using HWmonitor (it's free) to get some accurate numbers; it will read all your voltages too http://www.majorgeeks.com/HWMonitor_d5842.html
As to your error.... I've done some research (quick research) and it seems your error may be due to a paging file issue, and overheating CPU/GPU and/or RAM, or a faulty RAM chip. Faulty video memory may also be the cause. I know this doesn't really help pin it down much, but you can run a memory diagnostic, and a video memory diagnostic, and you can run a 3d benchmark or stress test and monitor the temps while benching. Here's some links:
Memory Diagnostic http://majorgeeks.com/Microsoft_Windows_Memory_Diagnostic_d3955.html (creates a bootable floppy disk or an ISO image to burn to create a bootable CD)
    Video Memory Diagnostic http://majorgeeks.com/Video_Memory_Stress_Test__d5896.html
    Basic Video Stability Test http://majorgeeks.com/Video_Card_Stability_Test_d5404.html
    3d Benchmark (2003) http://majorgeeks.com/3DMark03_Build_360_d1712.html
    3d Benchmark (2005) http://majorgeeks.com/3DMark05_d4376.html
    3d Mark 2006 http://majorgeeks.com/3DMark06_d4935.html
RTHDRIBL (high end video test) http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/rthdribl/#System
All of the above are free. The 3d Mark apps have expanded options if you puchase a license and register, but the free versions are fine. Launch HWmonitor and minimize it before starting a 3d Mark test or before RTHDRIBL. It will keep track of your tempuratures and voltages so you can tell if something is out of whack. You can configure HWMonitor to keep a log and to take a reading every 'X' seconds and you can have the log file saved for further review.

    Good luck!
Let us know how it goes!
