no audio device for dell laptop-

    Hello- my roomie re-formatted my dell laptop and informed me before moving that it needs a sound drive. I've been putzing around blindly in attempts to figure out how to download one-

    I think I don't know where to find my system specs on which driver is needed.

    I have attached a report from an Advanced windowscare2 program i just got off here.

    - I hope the attached info is useful? help?

    Here's you sound driver, just click this link and the download dialog will open w/o being routed to a different web site. The file is called R80617.EXE. When the download is done, just double-click that file and follow the on-screen prompts. It's that simple!!!
