no connection on multiple pc's

    can anyone advise me why i cannot browse or open messenger etc on 3 pcs even with internet connection,reinstallation of netgear etc and the obvious checks have been made(or at least i think as im helping someone fix this).thanks.

    first find out the ipaddresses of the systems to see if they are connectiing to the router

    Could you pls! give some details eg Internet Gateway, Ethernet, and Computer connection type(Wireless LAN or Wired LAN).
    DHCP enabled server or Static IP, other devices involved eg Server etc
    this could help in providing better solution to your problem.
