   I have a desktop running windows xp pro service pack 3 and can't get on to the internet with chrome or ie. The internet is connected and I can ping sites in cmd prompt. I added the logs from rouge killer and orginal post in software of hijackthis and ipconfig/all. AVG was ran and came back clean. thank you for the help
