no keyboard in safe mode

    In trying to go through malware instructions, I find my keyboard won't function while in safe mode. Can you help solve this issue so I can run programs in safe mode?

    I'd be willing to bet you have a usb keyboard and the usb drivers don't load when in safe mode. So if that's the case easiest solution would be to use a ps2 keyboard whilst in safe mode........

    Or uninstall the keybaord software and use the Windows supplied USB driver which DOES work in Safe Mode.

    it is not a usb keyboard. i have used a different keyboard, still not a usb, and it doesn't work either.
