My computer starts up, fans run, but no signal to monitor. The pc beeps 3 times then pauses then beep once before starting up. I have done many things to fix the problem.
put a new battery on mobo
    reset the jumper
swapped monitor, video card, memory & hard drive.
    Nothing helped.
    Any suggestions???

I've done some research, and from what I found, it looks like your motherboard is dead. You could try swapping out the CPU and/or power supply, but it probably won't help. There's a chance that it may be a bad memory slot. Try using a single memory stick known to be good and use each memory slot. A big chunk of dust or lint could cause trouble if it's stuck in a memory slot. Have you tried powering up using only the bare minimums? Use only one memory stick, CPU with heat sink and fan, and power supply, and a video card if the motherboard doesn't have built-in video. Do NOT hook up any drives: no floppy, no CD/DVD, no hard drive.

    Thank You!
    I'll give it a try.
