Hands up, I HAVE asked this before (different computer) but when I select 'turn off' the computer I the 'stand by' button is greyed out. How do I get it back?????

MANY thanks for replying. I am using XP and the nearest thing I have to energy management is 'Power Options' but this doesn't have a Standby tab. So I'm still stuck!
