NO video on ASUS A8V Deluxe

    I'm upgrading my pc motherboard and cpu. I can't get my video card to work.

    eVGA e-GeForce MX4000 AGP 8X 64MB DDR Video Card w/TV-Out

    PLEASE HELP

    old mb/cpu = Asus A7N266-VM/AA + AMD Athlon XP 2000+ 1.666GHz
    new mb/cpu = Asus A8V-Deluxe + AMD Athlon 64 3500+

    I have tried several AGP video cards that all work with other motherboards.
