Nokia Lumia 635 Issue

I apologize if this is the wrong section for this I'm nee to here. Anyway my Lumia 635 every week it has some kind of issue causing a hard reset, Now my internal storage isn't appearing in storage settings but it's showing in file manager. After a hard reset it still isn't appearing Any idea? ( It's windows 10 redstone 1 )

 

Just to be clear, a 'hard' reset of a Windows phone is a factory reset. So it should go back to its factory settings:

Yes it should but it isn't, it deleted all the files on the device and resets all the settings I've changed but it's not fixing the issue

Yes and the tool doesn't detect my device half the time I downgraded from wp10 to wp8 and the problem still happened, I upgraded to 10 again and it went away for a few hours then came back

From the little looking I've done, that phone is a 3 year old phone and came with Windows 8.1

How was Windows 10 installed on the phone?
(Note: no experience with Windows phones or Windows 10. I do ask someone who has a Windows phone for info at times but her device is older).

Have you considered that it might be a hardware fault?

Have you asked the carrier? I see AT&T and TMobile use that phone.
