Please follow forum guidelines! Read the announcements and sticky threads.

    - Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus RemovalMake sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

    - Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem:

    - Download HijackThis 1.99.1

    - Unzip the hijackthis.exe file to a folder you create named C:\Program Files\HJT

    - Do NOT run Hijack This from the Desktop, a temp folder, or a sub-folder of C:\Documents and Settings, or choose to run it directly from the downloaded ZIP file.

    - Before running HijackThis: You must close each of the following:your web browser, e-mail client, instant messenger, and programs like notepad, wordpad, MS Word etc. And any other unnecessary running programs.

    - Run HijackThis and save your log file.

    - Post your log as an ATTACHMENT to your next message. (Do NOT copy/paste the log into your post).

When you create your message click the Go Advance button at the bottom (if not aleady in the advance mode) then click Manage Attachments. At that point it should be pretty simple (Browse and upload).

Did you scroll down and look for the Go Advanced and or the Manage Attachments buttons.
If you are already in advance mode the Manage Attachments button is further down in the Additional Options form.

Please explain the problem you are having doing this.

If you cannot get that to work, post your log in line and I will change it for you.

Are you now saying you do not know how to do that? I'm just asking you to copy and paste the HJT log inline if you cannot attach it.

From you HJT log I do not see any malware problems. The below line can be fixed but it is not a problem. It is just a result of running HSremove from the READ ME FIRST.

    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://hsremove.com/done.htm

I can also tell from you HJT log that you never ran the online scanners (Symantec and TrendMicro). Since I do not see any problems, I have to ask what problems (specifically) are you having.

You do have one big issue though and that is that your OS and IE versions are seriously out of date. You need to get your system updated. That is step one in the below link:

How to Protect yourself from malware!

If you have a valid license of your own, call Microsoft for support. If you are using someone else's copy of WinXP, you must buy your own.
