Norton 360 skips temp file cleanup

Norton 360 skips Internet temporary files cleanup and also Windows internet temporary files cleanup, so it tells me constantly that there are two issues that need to be corrected (even when I cleanup the files manually). :confused

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it works fine for about two weeks, then the message returns. Help!

That website addressed the issue, but it didn't work. I'm considering dumping Norton 360! Thanks, though, for your response. It looked like the perfect answer.

Yeah, I would get rid of Norton, too heavy and the updates are always causing problems. Use one of the free anti-virus here at MG's.
